This beautiful villa with fenced and beautifully landscaped yard and private pool (50 m2) is located near the town of Umag and 3 km from Kanegra beach. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, a living room and two bathrooms. On the first floor of the house there are 4 bedrooms and one bathroom. Two bedrooms have a balcony, with a view of the sea. Outside stairs lead to a secluded apartment with a kitchenette, a bedroom and a bathroom. Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and Sat-TV are provided and included in the rental price.
